This practice is inspired by Brené Brown. When she first started writing online this was how she celebrated Friday. I love the simplicity of the format and I hope you enjoy!

Here is what I am trusting, grateful for, inspired by, and doing for fun this week.

Trusting: I am in week one of a new role- Health Coaching at Noom. So far I love it- the company philosophy and values really resonate with me, the product is great and science based, and everyone I’ve met on the team is passionate and friendly. Of course, training is always tough and I am completely overwhelmed since this training is 100% online.

Grateful for: Standing desks and wireless headphones. I’ve been in training behind the computer all week and its been great to be comfortable and get to move my body a bit because I have these resources.

Inspired by: I love the podcast Today, Explained. Recently they did an episode about the Science of Well-Being course at Yale. I have not had an opportunity to dive too deeply into the content yet. I am excited to check it out since it is all evidence based.

Doing for FUN!: Reading! Its been a long week behind the computer and we are forecasted to have lovely weather this weekend. I can’t wait to sit on the porch with a mug of coffee and a good book.
