dare to lead facilitator

I am a professional Health Coach by day, helping people make changes in order to live the lives they imagine for themselves.  For myself, I have taken the best parts of every job I’ve ever held to create a life that keeps me teaching, learning, and interacting with others every day.

Most recently, I had the privilege of serving as the Council Director of Girls on the Run of Northern Arizona, a program of North Country HealthCare. In this role I trained, recruited and supported volunteer coaches, and engaged donors raising over $50,000 annually. It was in this position that I learned about Dare to Lead™ and saw in action how it changes lives.

Before returning to Northern Arizona, where I was born and raised (and my family has lived since 1886), I held positions at The Orme School and The University of the South supporting student growth and development.

I have been honored by the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce with the Athena Young Professional Award as an emerging leader who is a role model for young women both professionally and personally, and by the NAU College of Public Health for mentoring student interns.

I serve on the Town Council of Clarkdale, AZ, and on the Board of Trustees of Oldfields School.

I earned a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity University (TX).
